A new year started last week, now I need to focus on how to make more money and survive in my country...with so many political problems, it becomes a great storm cloud the way of action here in Brazil...😕

But I'll try different aproaches this year, test what I can do with the local job market and see where I can get - if we don't try, we don't get out of our hole of convenience friends.🫡

While I try to figure out how I get along in this city, a little about it:Tempo quente em Rondonópolis com máxima de 33°C - it's in Portuguese, but you can see the high temperature that we have to handle every day folks...😮‍💨

I think the most important in this moment is: Focus! If I maintain it, I can get a job, a good way to earn money and some recognition. Let's work and make it happen guys! I hope the best for u too, let's do it! 😁

January is in the middle and a new idea for a project came to me: Memes. If there's one thing Brazilians like is to laugh about others problems! 😁

The famous proverb: "Everything is funny as long as it is happening to somebody else." - is very valid for us, that's why brazilians love memes so much; and thinking about this, I want to create something easy to use in Android/Xiaomi for people try out and do something for themselves. 🙂

Other important thing to remember: The Power of Laughing. We are living in a Comunist State, where the actual Government wants to control everything we want and is trying to eliminate Right Wing candidates for the election this year - besides all the other problems related to Economy, Health, Security...a complete mess, my friends...😱

As all my other projects, is a experiment: I want to improve what I know doing something different, and try to form my community of followers, testers, possible friends and future customers - let's see what I can create! 😎

Giants Versus Dwarfs Text

January is ending, and a particular video appeared to me today: Giants Versus Dwarfs, that I saw on the regular Youtube show I watch - called Better Bachelor. 🤔

It looked as another video showing "Ooooh, woman are better, powerful, stronger!" and etc but...it looked as opposite, cuz the dwarfs overpowered them and the Ego of the women came out at play. 🧐

...it's incredible that today everything is about Women: They are This, They are That...but these people forgot that our society were built with both hands: men and women, helped each other in every Human situation; now, they try to validate women in every ocasion and try to mock men when they can...sad, pretty sad...😮‍💨

I'm a millennial, and my generation tried to solve problems together and dealing with differences talking clearly and with Reason - a value that vanished over time, don't know why; only Time, Lots of Talking and with Renewed Minds we'll overcome this terrible and difficult moment...😵‍💫

...oh my fellas, now I'm facing a new challeng in my life: losing weight!...Well, I relaxed too much and I'm overweight; the consequences? Fat body, slow walking, hard to breath, back pain and so on...😭

The Solution? The good 'n' ol' Walking! As you guys know, I'm a aged man with 40 years and I cannot do a lot of things that the "Nutella Generation" (how we call Gen Z here! 😁) can so I improvise - like Hitman. I try to improve myself the best I can and try to solve problems using modern tools. Sometimes work, sometimes don't.

...but anyway, the important thing is improving my health - because I don't want to be a "well plug" like my brother. He's very fat and ugly with his large belly, and I don't wanna be compared with him in any way. This reason, health and that I always liked to walk around cities too! 😆

The back pain I suffer is terrible my friends, really disturbing. But I imagine that I'll suffer that in the next 2 weeks or so, then my body will get used to the exercise. I imagine that at the end of the year I can get good results folks: 100 kilograms (around 220.462 pounds), if anything wrong happens! 🤓

God watch us and that this desire I have could be realized at the end of the year comrades! 🙏

February is here friends, and another challenge appeared to me: I must know Office to try and get a job in the future!...you see, yesterday I tried a job opening in my city and the woman didn't hired me because I hadn't the Office Package Advanced...oh my! 🫨

But I'm a man that don't give up easily, so I went to my good 'n' ol' Udemy and found a course that the teacher helps me learn the so called Office Package + teaches Power BI as a bonus! I thought: yeah, that's what I need! 🤩

With a new motivation, I will spend this month studying and improve my rusty techniques on Office and learn a tool very important nowadays that is BI; naturally, I'll learn using Linux and my sneaky ways of learning - I won't pay one cent to Microsoft. After all, I had Windows 11 on my notebook and I hated that + I have a Xbox Series S. The console is good, but MS don't know how to use a good device to gain more money. 🤨

Last things last: this month in Brazil people celebrate Carnival - a festivity that I hate with my bones and soul! So, nothing better to do than study and do some livestreams in my spare time right?! 😉

God watch us and that this ugly month flies like a bird folks! 🙏

...well my friends, February 10th and lots of things happening around the world. Here in Brazil, people are focused in this damn culture called Carnival. Me, following the opposite path, I'm studying and my focus is my future career! 👀

Studying Office 365 is quite refreshing, because I start remembering all the knowledge my teachers passed me at Secitec. The first lesson, Excel, is always tricky - after all, if you don't practise the information disapears from your mind...🤨

What I'm most excited to learn is Macros/Advanced Office: programming inside Excel or Word feels like hacking or...using a cheat in a game, and this is very interesting to me because I breathe games every day. If you guys watched one of my lives, you'll see how much passion I have for games! 🤓🎮

Thankfully, this Carnival month will end soon and March will bring the action for brazilians. I hope a new wave of job offers pops up and one of those fit to me - I'm in need of a new job, to improve my Soft and Hard Skills folks! 😉

God helps us, let's keep it up and I have high hopes for March - let's wait and see, shall we?! 😎

Welly welly well my friends, the infamous Carnival ended and now Brazil can "start" the year properly...is a tradition here: when Wednesday noon after carnival comes, brazilians start the engines and our magnificent "Storehouse of the World" flames itself with so many work and passion! 😏

I was relearning more about Office Package, but I paused a little bit to take care of my mother and interact with my brother a little bit. They are what was left of a family for me in this forsaken city...😐

I'm still trying to get a good job, with a good pay but...really hard: some want lots of xp, that u have a driver's license + a car FOR THE COMPANY, multiple languages, knowledge on unknown software that only that company uses and the thing goes on...but I want to try anyway, to get rid of my mother and the marvelous government ran by "Grandpa Lulis" and his minions...🙄

Finally I can dedicate myself properly, and soon I can retry different job openings in my city - hope that it doesn't take too long u know?! 🤓

God still helps us! March is coming and let's see what will come, shall we?! 😎

🚀 Remembering good 'n' ol' Pride playing Tekken 7! 😁

...it's incredible how our mind play tricks with us sometimes. I got caught in mind wanderings when I play Tekken 7 with my brother. Our favorite stage in the game is the Arena that pays homage to Pride, an important fighting event that existed in the past...🤔

In that event, the blows were hard: knees in the face, strong punches on foot or mounted over the oponent, high kicks that stumble or even knocked-out some fighters...really awesome, and we had some favorite fighters! 🤑

In our case, our 3 favorite fighters were: Fedor Emilianenko, a russian that finished fights with submissions; Mirko Cro Cop, a croatian fighter specialized in high-kicks; and Wanderlei Silva, a brazilian like us that was a powerful knee-user and devastated oponents faces with his blows! 😵

We play the game remembering the fights of this 3 monsters, one that we usually remember is one from Fedor against Mark Coleman - when Fedor had to fight him in the USA and he finished off his opponent with an arm-lock! Beautiful and humiliating for Coleman! 🤣

March is still coming, let's hope for the best shall we?! 😎

My goodness, last week was crazy! Lots of Hero Siege gameplay, interactions with my brother and on Saturday I played some Power Bomberman with my friends from Twitch! 😎

It was really nice, this relaxing session 'cause I was too focused on Office 365 and I wanted to stop a little bit to cool my head. Now, I can return to studies with no worries. 😀

About the game: Power Bomberman is a fangame. The guys mixed lots of things from past games and they use a server for us to play online. How they pay server fees and all that trouble? I don't know, the important is play some Bomberman with friends. And it's better than Konami Super Bomberman R, that I have on Series S! 😆

About Hero Siege: is a game very similar to Diablo 2. The game uses a lot of the mechanics from Diablo 2 and copy some of Path of Exile too. Is a good mix and don't forces my VRAM too much - unfortunatelly, I don't have a good GPU...🫤

March is now, let's pray and hope for the best GoodFellas!!! 🫡

...since Sunday I'm sick, so I cannot think or experience feelings normally; pretty sad, but it's something from Life. 😖

The 2 good news: I'm recovering, 1 or 2 more days I'm ok again; Thursday we have Spring Sale! 🤠

I really want to acquire co-op games to play with my friends, but I'm waiting one called Parasite Mutant - very similar to Parasite Eve, but with modern graphics and different aproaches. Really something, I want to play the game soon IF it doesn't come too expensive...🫣

Wednesday and today I stopped my Office/Libre Office studies. Refreshing my mind, as always, very important to keep strong! 🤓

I studied Calc first, now Writer and soon the Impress - the old Powerpoint - to understand office software better. 🧐

For me, Calc is the more important - the old Excel - because a lot of companies here in Brazil uses it. I want to comprehend these software the most to conquer a future job oportunity and gain more money and new experiences in my life. 🫣

March is ending, thank God! Let's hope for the best in April, that is coming! 🥳

It's amazing how a book can change the way we think and see the world!

Today, I was studing a little bit on Sebrae's site and one of their indications lead to the book The Lean Startup - A Startup Enxuta, no Brasil - and I read the Intro with so much surprise and passion! It's nice when you have this feeling once in a while, lately I'm very worried about how Brazil's economy is going bad to worse, few companies open in my city and a constant concern about when I can or cannot open my company with a scenario so unfavorable...until I read a piece of this book today. With that in my mind, I comprehended that if your idea is well-directed and has support of the client...nothing would stop that. I remember some of the other Sebrae's lessons like "9 in 10 companies close because it had a good idea but no one wanted to buy it"...and everything comes clear, and I realize that I am close to what I want.

I became curious about Brazilian Startups, and this link can help you: 10 Startups Brasileiras para ficar de olho em 2025 - it's in Portuguese, but you can see a brazilian company by those names - specially umgrauemeio, very brazilian like! XD

I hope to write more, but I need to study more about this book and other lessons that Life brings to us. I hope that you have a great Friday, drink lots of water 'cause the heat is overwhelming and go through the shade 'cause the sun...my friend, here where I live is 40ºC, too damn hot...:D

A new Monday, I was thinking about my next project and an interesting idea was creating something related to food trucks - here we call them "Barracas de Lanche" or "Podrão", really unusual! 😁

Probably someone else did something similar, but I want to try with my view and like a Prototype for a future project. Anything too fancy, just the basic idea and subjects like "payment process" and "delivery" could be implemented later. I rather contextualize the idea than to crack my head to create a new deal and then...someone come and steals the idea. No, I prefer pretty simple and with context and then, in the near future, create that same idea to a client.

I create projects using Kotlin or Java, learned a lot of Java concepts in my technical course but nowadays I'm comfortable with the concept of creating with his "son" Kotlin! 😄

...don't know why, but I rememberedd right now the song Dancing in the Sheets, band called Shalamar, from the intriguing movie Footloose! 🕺🏼

Tuesday, another inspiring day to deal with! I started studying more my Sebrae course about opening a company and I researched a little bit, finding this article: Target the Right Customers | Niche Marketing Strategy Explained

Very intriguing, but common for people like me that live in this world of Niche Subjects. As an example, the game of my life for you guys: Diablo II: Resurrected

...seriously, I always find myself questioning: why the company, Blizzard Entertainment, abandoned an IP so powerful as this one to dedicate their time in a game no one care called Diablo 4? Poor feedback answering is the question, and that's why Niche Market is so important. After all, when you are open to what your clients want you will receive more money, attention and acceptability - 3 key things that the actual Blizz don't have anymore.

That's why I want to surf in this market, because I want to know what my future clients want. They will pay me, so I have to be attentive with them. I will keep this thoughts in mind, always remembering what D2 become nowadays...

Tuesday afternoon, I had to visit the internist to acquire more medicines that I need for my health and...an eering sensation accompanied me during the route...

...I can't put in words exactly but...a feeling when you see a "phantom city" - very similar to Western movies, when the protagonist arrives in the city and he sees only the hay rolls rolling around...I felt the same walking here, on a hot Tuesday!

It's pretty clear that something creepy will happen in Brazil; only God knows what will be my friends...

...unbelievable how a song can change the way we think, see and interact with people and Life itself...

The other day I was hearing a song that my brother selected on Youtube and it was Never Be The Same, from the lost bard Christopher Cross. I have a special consideration for this singer because I heard him IN LOOP in my good old times living in Curitiba, Paraná; they played his songs almost every hour! 😆

The power of Music is incomprehensible. Yesterday, I was playing Witcher 3 live and a song from Priscila came out...my God, marvelous! A really joy feeling, stop and listen to what the other person wants to say! 😎

...falling on my head like a Memory! Good Lord, Rain be praised my friends! For someone that lived in Curitiba, a city that rains almost every day, and now lives in one that rains rarely...a great change, I must say! 🌧️

Roo City is hot as always, but this change of temperature is really good folks. Here, some days ago, was with humidity around 15/10%, unbelievably dry! Now, looking at the actual humidity: 58%!!! A big change, good fellas!!! 🙏

Besides that, I want to deliver my penultimate project today, stay tuned for that! 😎

Today I read a bit more of Eric Ries book, and I was intrigued about Intuit: how a large company developed a focused team that could implement a new business model to a common problem related to taxes in the U.S.

Ries explained that the Intuit's developer team could create the right product in a different type of company: a well-based one, not a Startup as he was so accustomed to; Intuit had leaders that understood the way a Dev Team could work: with open space to test the products and pick the good implementation in the righ time.

In my scenario, I am alone. I'm doing things like my closed friends are doing with their businesses: alone or, in some cases, with a little help with a familiar. There is a friend of mine that has employess, but pretty sure he started alone and did everything by himself. A business requires Time to mature, and I'm not deluded that I'll conquer everything I want fast and richly; I know requires Time, customer acceptance and Marketing to aim for a good place in IT Market.

I promised to myself that it would be the last RPG that I have played; I played lots of this genre, but my two personal favorites are: Diablo 2 and Metaphor Refantazio! 🎮

December is here, ending a cycle and a brand new year is being revealed over the horizon...for us, brazilians, let's pray! 🙏

As for me, more than praying I want to study and improve my career. I tried for two years to be a Java/Kotlin Programmer guys. Didn't work, now I want to try other passion of mine: Voice Over. 👀

You see, before the internet there was a device called Radio where we heard all the songs we loved in a sequence OR in a specific radio program. I want to be part of radio, if I can, or work as a freelanceer using my voice to promote stores, people and ideas. With the internet, everything is possible!...my only actual problem is my voice, that I think is not ready yet...but with lots of practice, warming and breathing techniques I can get where I want. As Toretto would say: "I got nothing but Time!" - and I want to try everything I can my friends! 😎

December continues, a lot to study, skills to improve and my voice must be on the Next Level that I dream of for so long...🤩

But it's not an easy task. After all, I must practice every day and try to convice my friends and family to use my voice somehow - this way, I can get to a local Radio or a good oportunity online. 🤑

I know it's hard to receive money from people based on voice but...in our world, there's always a good method to create an interesting event using Voices; here, for example, there are some religious cults that people use their voices - a lot! Other way is in places like São Paulo or Goiás, where there's an event called Rodeo where announcers introduce the cowboys and the cattle using their voices; lots of good examples, and I must find my way using mine.

Personally, I'm inclined to online events on Twitch or other platform; after all, I'm there all the time and if people need a voice that can be enough to introduce their events I think mine can do the work - for a good price, naturally! 😁

I hope I can get in a better place than Programming, where I did projects and had few recognition...let's pray, and see the tide change! 🙏

New Years Day Text

December is ending, and a certain song starts to play in my head...🤔

Ending a cycle, Humans tend to remember the Past and everything they achieved so far...in my case, I always remember this U2 song every start of year. 😎

I programmed a lot this year; next year I can continue my programming routine OR I can try voice over/narrations here and there...only time will tell, in the end of the day...😌

I just like to remember the first line of the song: "All is quiet, on New Years Day" - in a world so noisy, it's nice when we stop a little bit and hear the sounds of Nature...well, I try at least; and YOU? 🤨
